Road to Milan: Sibel Osman sets her sights on 2Bros, an IFBB Pro Card... and ultimately Masters Olympia
Sibel Osman heads to Derby for the NPC 2Bros Regional – a mandatory step on the Road to Milan and years in the making toward her IFBB Pro card
FRESH off her victory at the BPA English Grand Prix stage, Sibel Osman's 2026 season is officially underway – and her next stop, the NPC 2Bros Regional in Derby on 13th September, may be the most important of the year so far.
It isn't about winning, she explains, it's about eligibility. A regional placing is mandatory before any athlete can progress up the competitive ladder; win or lose, this is her one qualifying show.
Osman describes the NPC stage as an experience unlike any other, one she says she enjoys in every respect, from the posing style to the category's overall look.
The stakes go beyond a single placing. For Osman, the NPC pathway represents years of work refining a specific physique standard – one she regards as the benchmark the entire competitive world measures itself against, IFBB pro level. Her philosophy is blunt: athletes can't chase every federation's ideal at once. "Pick a lane, stay in that lane, be the best of that lane," she says. Hers has always been the NPC.
That focus is building toward two clear goals. First: winning her IFBB Pro card via the road to Milan. Second and further out: a place on the Masters Olympia stage – a milestone she notes very few UK Masters bikini athletes have reached.
Derby is step one. Milan is next. Masters Olympia is the destination.
