Josh Bogdani is one of the brightest young talents in British bodybuilding – and in 2026 he proved it on the biggest stage of the season.
Standing 184cm, the 22-year-old first made his name in 2022 as a natural teen, sweeping the teen class at the WNBF, UKDFBA and BNBF British Championships.
He returned in 2025 and immediately made an impact, winning the junior class at PCA Manchester and finishing runner-up at the PCA British Championships. Competing in Classic Open, he also took Class D at 2Bros Gritness, won FitX Manchester outright, including the overall and placed fourth at PCA Yorkshire.
In 2026, he went one better. After winning Junior Bodybuilding at PCA Yorkshire, Bogdani won the Junior Bodybuilding title at the PCA British Championships in Telford, turning the previous year’s runner-up spot into a British crown.
