Jonathan Griffiths has been competing in bodybuilding since 2012, and in 2026 he went unbeaten in his division, earning his WPC Pro card at the IBFA Mr Universe in July.
Competing in the Mixed Disability class after a spinal injury, he won both the PCA and IBFA Mr Britain titles, along with the Men’s Disability class at the IBFA Mr & Miss Universe.
Known as “the original carnivore bodybuilder”, he has followed a carnivore diet for about seven years and holds a Diploma in Medical Science and a BSc in Human Nutrition. He coaches clients worldwide through Carnivore Muscle.
